This semester I feel like I've been doing fantastic on the whole healthier living front. I have been going to the gym almost every day, I've been more physically active, eating healthier (most of the time), and I can even tell that I am happier!
Basically I've lost about 60 pounds since this spring (when I was at my biggest) and I plan on losing a LOT more! I am loving life right now, and I'm sure a lot of it has to do with my boosted confidence and my healthier lifestyle. Now if I can just get my sleeping patterns in check...
